These terms apply to use of sumstride.com, published under the SumStride name. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Educational use

You may use the calculators free of charge to explore scenarios and use the resulting estimates in your own planning. You are responsible for checking your inputs and deciding whether a model fits your circumstances. The Disclaimer explains the limits of the estimates; the Methodology explains the models.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent SumStride’s estimates as certified advice or a lender’s offer. Do not submit sensitive or identifying information through numeric calculator fields.

Content and attribution

SumStride’s original website text, design and branding are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not claim exclusive rights over mathematical formulas, facts, your inputs or your calculated results. You may link to the site and quote excerpts with attribution where permitted by law. Do not present the website or brand as your own.

Availability and accuracy

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free results or suitability for your particular purpose. Content and features may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are given beyond those that cannot be excluded.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and external resources

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. External websites have their own terms and policies. A link does not guarantee their accuracy or imply endorsement.
